Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy - All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the given email address. - Refunds are processed within 15 business days of approval. - The original payment method will be used for refunds unless otherwise specified. 2. Consultation Fees - Design concept presentation fees are non-refundable once the presentation has been delivered. 3. Project Deposits - 50% deposit required to commence work is non-refundable once design work begins. - If the project is cancelled before work begins, 80% of the deposit will be refunded. 4. Mid-Project Cancellations - For cancellations after the design phase begins: - Refund amount based on work completed - Any purchased materials will be deducted from the refund. - A minimum of 25% of the total project fee will be retained. 5. Completed Work - No refunds available after project completion and final payment. - Warranty claims for defects must be made within 30 days of completion. 6. Custom Orders - No refunds for custom furniture, fabrics, or special order items once ordered. - Cancellations of custom items may incur a 100% charge if production has begun. 7. Change Orders - Client-requested changes may affect refund eligibility. - Additional charges apply for changes after approval. 8. Force Majeure - No refunds for delays/cancellations due to: - Natural disasters - Government actions - Pandemics - Other uncontrollable events 9. Dispute Resolution - Refund disputes will be reviewed by management. - May require mediation if unresolved 10.
