By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We offer interior design services including:  

- Space planning and conceptualization  

- Material selection and procurement  

- Project management and execution  

- Custom furniture design  

- Consideration of Vastu

3. Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate project requirements and specifications  

- Make timely decisions and approvals  

- Ensure site access for our team  

- Fulfill payment obligations as agreed

4. Fees and Payments 

- Design fees are quoted per project value

- 50% advance payment required to commence work  

- Balance payable upon project completion  

- Additional charges may apply for design changes after approval

5. Project Timeline  

- Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith  

- Delays caused by client or third parties may extend timelines  

- We are not liable for delays beyond our control

6. Intellectual Property

- All designs remain our property until full payment  

- Clients receive usage rights for their specific project  

- Designs may not be replicated or shared without permission

7. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made in writing  

- Advance payment is non-refundable if work has commenced  

- Completed work must be paid for in full

8. Liability 

- We carry professional indemnity insurance  

- Not liable for defects in materials supplied by others  

- Maximum liability limited to fees paid

9. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes will first attempt resolution through mediation  

- Legal proceedings may be initiated if unresolved  

(Clients are requested to provide us one day on the completed site/project for our shooting purpose)
